Hollow stems are cold forged from the highest quality 6061-T6 aluminum available. Featuring an open skeletal design and a dual mid-bolt wedge mounting system, they are lightweight yet maintain a very high level of strength. A 53mm extension stem weighs just 218 grams/7.7 ounces. By removing the rear pinch bolts and moving the mounting bolts to the middle of the stem, we reduced the weight and size and eliminated a serious hazard to the rider’s knees. These stems come with either a 48- or 53mm extension and a 22.2mm bar bore. To ensure proper clamping force, the stem must be mounted on a fork with at least 45mm of exposed steerer tube. Not compatible with forks that have carbon fiber steerer tubes.

The Box Three E-Bike Cassette offers high gears with more teeth to withstand the rigors of modern E-Bike riding. Adding an extra tooth to each of the three highest gears provides increased durability and decreased wear by distributing the load over a larger area! The Box Three E-bike cassette draws from both of its Box One and Box Two siblings to create a sensible all-rounder. All cogs are stamped from steel and subsequently, the larger ones are pinned to steel spiders. The main difference here versus Box Two is the use of additional weight-reducing holes on the cogs. Box One Genius brake levers are the first ever to incorporate a clamp for ODI Lock-On grips. This ensures that your grips stay put while eliminating the need for an extra clamp. At roughly 50 grams, these cold-forged and CNC-machined levers beat any other on the market. Genius levers have a built-in return spring and are fully compatible with carbon handlebars. The Mid reach lever features a new design that puts it in the same reach position as the Long, but with a more BMX-specific blade for better one-finger leverage. Other features include adjustable reach, a titanium mounting bolt, and stainless steel hardware. Genius levers are designed to work with linear-pull brakes. There is more to our carbon headsets than their striking good looks. From top to bottom, Box One™ Carbon Headsets was designed to perform. Each unit features a custom CNC-machined aluminum compression cap in the shape of the Box logo with cut-outs to reduce weight. The Hex Lab 3/32" Titanium Cogs are CNC-machined from bulletproof titanium. All Box handlebars are engineered and crafted using our Oversized Technology. Handlebars have a dual purpose as they contribute to both steering and pedaling stiffness. By strategically varying wall thicknesses and tube diameters, we have moved material from 3 low-stress areas to zones of high load. This has greatly minimized twists and contributed to responsiveness. Concurrently we have increased pedaling stiffness by providing a backstop to the “lifting” phenomenon. There is no point pushing hard on your pedals if you can’t pull up on your handlebars and deliver that power. Power can easily be lost to handlebar deflection and the consequences can lead to poor power delivery and steering control. When combined with Box’s other Oversized components, you’ll experience heightened responsiveness and reduced latency. For Box braking we’ve limited the use of our Oversized Technology to the V area since the levers need to be minimalist and largely act as a remote for the V-Brakes. To reduce lateral deflection at the V we chose to enlarge the pivot areas and arms while tightening tolerances at their interfaces. We robbed material from unloaded sections to reinforce these zones of high stress. Not only are you going to be more efficient with brake power delivery, but you’ll also feel the instant response of deceleration. Key differences: The Box One V-Brake are the only brakes in the Box line-up to be blessed with Oversized Technology. They are also the only model to use sealed precision bearings to further reduce non-rotational movement. The 108mm long-reach brakes are excellent for BMX, mountain, city, urban and tandem bicycles using linear-pull-compatible levers. The 85-mm short reach (AKA mini-V) brakes are an excellent choice for cyclocross or drop-bar gravel bikes.

Choose our 2X remote for your dropper if you don't have enough space for a Triggy under your left side handle bar, for example if you are still running 2-by or 3-by shifting with front derailleur or if you have anoter remote for suspension or e-support. It also features a hinged clamp, that allows snapping your remote onto your handlebars without having to take off grips or brake levers. Many dropper posts feature remotes, that do not live up to a standard, that you would expect, when paying a lot of money for a dropper post. Even the most expensive droppers out there often come with remotes, that have ridiculous play, are made from plastic, bulky, heavy, or just do not function as they could. We put a lot of time and testing into the design of a remote lever that fulfils everything we want to see in a remote for dropper posts and since its introduction it has proven to be a favourite of many pro-riders and testers.
